Really like that I could order what was needed online and not have to deal with going in person to the dealer. Also, I really like that the prices are posted as many dealers make you call to get the price and have very high markups. The experience was wonderful. My wife and I bought a 2023 XC 90 and she wanted rubber floor mats. The Huntington Volvo dealership recommended Riley Volvo of Stamford for parts and they were right. I called Riley Volvo and spoke with Chris - he looked up the part number and I ordered them with quite a lot of discounts attached. Who wouldn’t want to save $69.88 on floor mats. All in all it was a very good experience.

Fantastic service - whenever I’ve had a question or doubt about the part I should order the Parts team at Riley Volvo is great. Combined with Volvo fulfillment they do an amazing job shipping within a day of ordering and with fast FedEx. The only glitch is while the order system does provide updates from confirmation of order to when it ships it doesn’t provide the tracking number of the shipment.

Dear Customer Service, I believe there's been a mistake with my Order Number 11981341. When I entered the address in NY the shipping charges changed from $300 to $32.95. "Shipping & Handling to NY, USA $32.95" Once I entered my credit card details for payment, the price jumped back to $300 for "FREIGHT". I believe this is a mistake and I have been overcharged. This morning while using the home computer looking at the final cart via your link reminder that the cart is full, the cart was indeed full, then I cleared the cookies and everything in the cart disappeared!
